As much weight and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
Clean & Press, 1RM
Box Jumps, 30/24 inch box
The goal of this workout is to try and score the highest number of both weight and reps added together. You choose how you want to divvy up the work. The press is a 1 rep max while the jumps are total reps, for example 110# Clean and Press + 50 Box Jumps = Score of 160.

Only took 4 attempts at press (did them very quickly) and tried to jump my way thru this. It's the only way I could increase my total.

Upon realizing I was being called out, or that my initials will soon adorn bracelets and bumper stickers, I signed up for 4:30.
Strategy: 1 press and 11:45 of box jumps. I hit 142, did 100 box jumps, then tried 147 missed (bent my knee). Did more box jumps, then 152.
I had to get #'s in the box jumps. Neil W was there and I know he don't fuck around when if comes to strength stuff.
