    Yes, call me crazy if you want but I rested 4 HOURS and did a second workout...

    Full Snatch - Last week - 190 from the Hang... Best in a while was 215# back in Feb... High Volume
    88, 110, 154, 175 (85%) - 5 lb jumps only... 180, 185, 190, 195, 200, 205, 210... No misses!! Wow... I'm really amazed on this one...

    5/3/1 Deadlift - 3rd Cycle (Using 345# Max) 3X5
    225, 260, 295X12 Reps (Did 286X12 start of last cycle)... NICE!!
