    Deadlift.... Tried to adjust my set up so I feel it in my hammies a little more... 3RM... Stopped at 315

    Chelsea Re-Test.. My best is RD 18..
    Hit RD 18 with 20 secs to spare so was thinking 20 for sure but hit a wall at 19 and missed like 5 push ups... So a 1 RD PR which for this WOD is good for me

  6. I got a little over-ambitious with this one. 7:15 with 296# DL. It was the KB push presses that got me, though.

  8. 3:11 with 143# DL...went unbroken and used 1 pood for push press. 5am did the original 5 reps per arm, but 10 reps would have definitely been doable. I enjoyed this WOD....short and sweet.

  12. 6:30 crew was tiny but powerful! Did DL Rx'd (187) but did trainers for the PP. Finished in 5:59. Last 5 deads I had to do one at a time.

  14. 7:02 with 220#. The presses were a lot harder than expected, and I switched to a 1 pood for the second and third rounds.

  16. 6:09 Rx'd. Push presses were really tough, especially having to bring the kettlebell to the front of the chest after each rep. Good and heavy today!!!
