    Metcon fried my legs:

    AMRAP in 5 minutes of: 10 walking lunges, 7 med ball cleans, 5 pushups. I was in 6th or 7th round with 2 cleans and pushups left.

  12. Big ol' DNF on today's WOD. Those man-makers made me look like a little beeeyotch! Went 40#, got through three rounds and the row before time was called. You know it was a good workout when you feel like puking at the end!

  16. 16:40 with 30# db. Killer wod! Did the row inbetween the 3rd and 4th round. Wish I would have rowed after the manmakers in the 4th round!
