    100ft Long Jump Burpee... Every 5 Long Jumps stop and do 3 Burpees
    Sprint Back 100ft
    Sumo DL HP (95#) - Reps each Rd are determined by the number of Long Jumps You Take to Cover 100ft
    - 8:10 - 5RDS
    ** All 5 RDS were 12 Long Jumps/12 SDHP

  20. All two of us at 5AM did DB push presses as well...pretty happy about it. Legs would have been fried doing lunges AND running.
