Front Squat.. 3RM - Current PR is 258 154, 220, 245, 265X2... Almost hit 3
100ft Long Jump Burpee... Every 5 Long Jumps stop and do 3 Burpees Sprint Back 100ft Sumo DL HP (95#) - Reps each Rd are determined by the number of Long Jumps You Take to Cover 100ft - 8:10 - 5RDS ** All 5 RDS were 12 Long Jumps/12 SDHP

9:04 - 35#rx heavy lunges were rough last round. running felt good until last rd too! i commend the girls who went heavier than rx and still wooped my butt!!

7:46 rx'd, felt pretty good, had to rest a couple times on my last set of lunges. HUGE 4:30 class today, it was awesome.

All two of us at 5AM did DB push presses as well...pretty happy about it. Legs would have been fried doing lunges AND running.

7:14 rx'd. The lunges got a lil tough the last round. Really pushed the run. I loved this wod! Great job everyone!
