Doing a few full Olympic Lifting Workouts this week...
Clean and Split Jerk 154, 198, 218, 228, 242.. Got it! ** Was wondering about the big jump on the last set but pulled it out.. Think that's the most I've hit for a double on C/J
Clean Pulls 3X2 275, 290, 305 - Slow Controlled 1st Pull to work on keeping my hamstrings engaged

was not looking forward to this - I suck at wall balls! but forced myself to 4:30 class to face my fears. 10:30 rx'd

9:16 prescribed. The last 3 wall balls especially were tough. I REALLY wanted to drop the ball, but I knew that would mean at least another 30 seconds. Very rough, very fun.

Burpees were slow compared to Libby, Nate, and Bob. However, my wall balls were not as slow. Then I laid on the floor. Fun times.

10:44-RX'D Allison, I agree with you on those dang wall balls. Burpees weren't too bad, but had to break up the wall balls by 5's on the 20 and 30 reps.

I was lucky enough to have to work all afternoon yesterday and then have a test tonight that I had to study for overnight Sunday. Fun stuff. Rx'd 12:34 on no sleep isn't terrible right? haha. See ya in the morning 5 AM!
