  4. I did yesterday's at 142#: 13 rds (5, 4, 4). My lower back hasn't felt like that in a long time. if I can stand up straight tomorrow morning, i will consider myself lucky.

  8. Made up yesterdays WOD....I frickin LOVED this one!

    16 rounds (6,5,5) with 63#...definitely could of gone up, but worried about upper back. Glad I did only 63# cuz it has twinging and spasming a little but didn't want to stop. Little ice, advil, biofreeze and its good to go.
