3 Rounds Plus 20 swings at 58lbs and 1Pd. Pace felt good for being a slug! ;-)

The swiss ball stuff is great. Is this a clue for some upcoming WODs? I hope so
I will give the guy props for being able to do it. In my opinion it belongs more in a circus act than a crossfit WOD. From a safety standpoint its even crazier than some of the WODs we do.
The guy almost wipes out in the video, but was lucky enough to get the weight out in front before dropping it on his head or worse.
