  2. Wow, 10 Turkish getups are a grind! 4 rounds non the less... We didn't do this for time, but most people went til 7:15 this am.

    45 - barbell
    50 -barbell (very tuff for me)
    1.5 - pood(53lb) easier than bar.
    1.5 pood (53lbs)
