I PR'ed on Nancy today! used 93# in July and finished in 19:02. Today I used 98# and finished in 18:20. Sweet! Good thing I'm not comparing myself to Jake, Bob, or Eric! Those guys destroyed it.

Day One...
Snatch Balance Max... 5 Sets 110, 155, 199, 220, 242... Had it and missed it... Stayed on the bottom too long
Snatch - 2RM - Last Time I hit 191 for a double 110, 155, 180, 195... Made, Missed then made the third attempt
High Back Box Squat (3-2-1 Tempo)X5 110, 154, 198, 225... Actually tougher than I thought...
Butterfly Pull Ups Work... My grip endurance and higher volume abilities need work so .... Every 2 mins... 20 unbroken pull ups for 5 RDS ... Didnt Miss any but I almost slipped off the bar around rep 15 for the last two sets because I decided to cut it down to every 90 secs
Some core work to finish..
I'll hit some high volume 100m sprints for tomorrows workout....

Did muscle-up work. So damn close, but didn't get one. Now I got something to work on. Thanks for the tips Jon. Did the 100 ball slams with 20# sandball. 2:32. Legs were fried but did the 10 60 yard shuttle runs with Zach afterwards. Nice to see a good-sized turn out for a noon rest day.

Paul and Eric,
Those are impressive improvements on a very tough workout. To increase the weight and lower the time is a great accomplishment. Good work boys! Very inspiring today at noon.
