  6. Made up yesterday's WOD. 9:22- I used 88# for PP and FS. I went unbroken thanks for Amanda pushing me to do so! Thanks girl!! Sit ups went unbroken until the last set. I enjoyed this one! Then worked on pull ups afterwards.

    Reps of SCT depended on reps of DU. I got 50 DU each minute, so I only had to do 12 SCTs each round. That was more than enough--I barely avoided the penalty.
