Made up yesterday's WOD. 9:22- I used 88# for PP and FS. I went unbroken thanks for Amanda pushing me to do so! Thanks girl!! Sit ups went unbroken until the last set. I enjoyed this one! Then worked on pull ups afterwards.

Test WOD - Diane - Has two weaknesses of mine... High rep HSPU and deadlifts
225# DL HSPU 21-15-9 - 8:05... Added at least 20-30 secs on because I missed three reps during the last set of HSPU's

Fun stuff at noon--and good crowd, for a rest day!
3 rds 1 min DUs 1 min squat-clean-thrusters (64)
Reps of SCT depended on reps of DU. I got 50 DU each minute, so I only had to do 12 SCTs each round. That was more than enough--I barely avoided the penalty.
