Our Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser is coming up on September 25th and we want everyone to take part in it. Whether you participate in the workout, come to watch others take part in it, or just donate a nominal amount (of which none goes to the gym) to the cause.
Look for myself as well as Joe, Jon, and Amanda to bring it up during classes all this week and next leading up to the event. It is a family event in which we encourage the bringing of food as well.

scaled to 15 reps. felt very shakey and weak after warm up. 3rd day paleo off the crack! felt ill! but after the wod started i felt a little better, wishin I would have chose 21 reps instead. everything went smooth except for my last round of double unders - still need to work on those!!!
I liked this one. burpees were the worst. i felt like i was going in slow motion!
