best rest day! did amanda's wod at noon and it was a fun one!
200m run 10, 9, 8,...etc to 3, 2, 1, Deadlifts @ 50-60% 1rm 10 situps repeat rds from 10-1 DL @ 21:03 used 114lbs for DLs was around 57% of my 1r
