  2. I'm in my hometown of Pierre, SD for the weekend. I went to the "Y" and made up wednesdays deadlift and then did todays squats (planned on doing it thurs at 5am, but they notified me weds nite I had to go into work early). Anyway, I was getting some looks from a few of the guys in there. They eventually came over to me and commented that I could out lift most guys in this town and I told them this is nothing compared to most of the girls at crossfit. They about crapped their pants. They saw my training sheets I was writing on....and asked a few questions. They were impressed that a girl my age would be into strength programming..."HELL YA...and love every minute of it" I said.

  6. I got 99# like 3 times then when I went to 104# and failed like 3 times...I need to "thrust" more, right Jon!!! I was disapointed bc my 1RM is 109#...maybe next time I'll beat it! Great job everyone!
