Great picture! The facial expressions are priceless!
Speaking of facial expressions, I can't believe no one has commented on the oly lifting video from yesterday! You really only need to see 0:47 to about 0:53. I just watched it... then lost my cookies.
Libby, here are some tips on carrying someone from the "North American Wife Carrying Championships (for beer)" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52-omtSBws8

15:05 for me with Karen right at my heels the whole time. Dang, she is a machine.
The distance is about 1.4 miles (used my ipod chip-Addi would be proud). So with that being said it isn't that bad. So I encourage the later classes to go in and try it.
Great job 6am.
One more thing, why does Ricky look like he is the one struggling not Libby??? ;u)
Awesome picture you too!

I didn't understand a word you said, Jess. I see "run" and that "mile" is plural. Bunch of jibber-jabber.

12:43 3000 meter row. I wanted to run but my foot was a hurtin and I figured, how often do we get to row a 3000? Great job BC!
