Dead-lift 1 - 5 - 1 - 3 - 1 - 10

The last set is the only set you are allowed to touch and go. All other sets are true dead reps, no bouncing.

    Press 3x5 at 75#; the last set felt the best which means I need to work on technique even more....

    Assistance work of alternating ring dips and DB rows w/ 50# DB

    1st set of dips was 8 w/ purple band followed by next 2 sets of 4 unassisted w/ 4 w/ purple band. 4 is the most I've done in a row.

    DB rows were 12 reps each set.

    Metcon: AMRAP in 8 minutes of 12 squats w/ trainer pood and 12 jumping pullups. I was 8 jumping pullups short of 6 full rounds.

  6. Tried what Kelly Starrett suggested for better core stability and think it helped a lot...

    Snatch (90%)
    110, 154, 175, 190, 194, 200, 204 (Missed once and got once)

    Clean and PP/Split Jerk (80%)
    110, 154, 198, 208

    Back Squat Test
    Got 315 last time... tried 325 and missed it... Just not feeling it

    Kipping CTB Pull Ups X10
    Unbroken Push Ups X20
    Just a few times through

    That set of 5 was not cool. Failed at 318# on my last single rep but was able to get it @ 308#.

    had a hard time trying to pull 187 off the ground more than once, couldn't go up in weight at all after that first one. kept getting away from middle of the foot! gets me everytime!

    are we posting 10x's weight or 1x heaviest weight on logwod?
