An email was sent out concerning the next grass-fed beef order as well as the next fish oil order. Check your inboxes for that email and the link provided to a Google document. This document provides you the space to sign up for either or both.

The fish oil will be ordered on Wednesday and payment will be taken care of through the account you have on file with us. Those interested in beef will be notified of the next step to take.

    198, 220, 242, 262, 272 (Miss).. Complete bullshit... My rep max is supposed to be 288 and I've done 300 for 1 before...

  18. Gave it my all for the first sprint and finished in a wet 1:13. The next two went drastically downhill with times of 1:22 and 1:35.

    After we did AMRAP kettle bell swings in 5 minutes with a 1.5 pood KB. I was able to crank out 106. My goal was 100 so I'm happy even though I probably could have done more. I blame it on the runs.
