    15:32 Total....I think I started the PC/BJs at 9:00 so that's 6:32 on the PC/BJs. Comon guys, get your mind out of the gutter....Box Jumps!

    warmed up to:
    1x3 at 198#
    1x3 at 225#
    1x3 at 252#

    alternated pistols and Glute/ham raises for assistance work;

    was finally able to do pistols with no weighted plate in front of me to counterbalance and did 3 sets of 5 each leg; messed up on a few but still completed the sets

    glute/ham raises really work my backside (feeling it today)3 sets of 6

    finished off with sprintwork outside running shuttles the length of the building
