    I did 10, 20, 30, 40 and finished 27:53. palms-up pushups, b1tch3z!

    7:22 rx'd - had to stop a little more than I would have liked. But not as much as I would have without Crystal there.

    Attempted to do my assistance work from Friday's strength class after, but I was kind of wrecked from having to do a quasi-metcon longer than 4 minutes. It's going to be a rude awakening when strength class is over, I think.

    Tall Clean.. Just Like My Snatch.. Did One High Catch and Rode it down into a full catch then a 3/4 catch into a full catch.. G, Y, RedsX2

    154, 198, 218.. Warm ups
    228 (85%), 241 (90%), 248X2X1 (No Misses)

    Clean Pulls (Have a bad habit of losing my heel position during the pull off the floor... So concentrated on that)
    4X2 .. 265, 286, 296X2X2

    Front Squat (80%) 3X2 (Every Min)

    Threw together a quick Barbara variation...
