400 Meter Farmers Carry

2 pood/1.5 pood Kettle bell in each hand.

Every time you have to put down or drop your kettle bells, immediately perform 5 burpees before continuing on with your pain.

Post time and total number of burpees completed to comments/LogWod.

    Unless you make me do 60 burpees right after. Then it's business as usual.

    Just got home from a work conference....left a little early just before the meal was served. Didn't want to blow my last day of strict Paleo 7 day test...the appetizers were hard enough to resist. I'm making up the strength class tomorrow at 1100 before the snatch seminar.

    Speaking of the 7 day Paleo test...I crushed my 25 burpee time by 24 sec. (yes, I know I was REALLY slow the first time...ate like crap and drank the nite before) and the run by 6 sec. Just goes to show how just 5 days of strict Paleo can enhance your performance. I was amazed!

  20. I'm right there with you Paula! Dropped 13 seconds of my burpee time and 3 off my run. And dropped another pound, although I think it may have been more as Sunday I had a bit of pizza (half of a large) and 2 big cupcakes. 5 days of being strict was cool. Like the chages I made in my diet and will keep them going after this,...but..Must..Have..Coffee!!!

    5x3 back squat at 213#
    5x3 bench at 120#

    Did assistance work of:
    3 sets of good mornings (1 with men's bar only and 2 sets at 88# for 10 reps each set)followed by 3 sets of strict pullups at 4,3, and 3 reps.

    Did farmer's walk Rx'd afterwards untimed. Had to do 25 burpees.

    Now today (Saturday), my entire body is feeling it! Doing snatch seminar today at noon.
