Little Anaerobic Endurance Test with some staple Xfit movements to see if I can get faster.. Picked 20 but have to be performed unbroken... 1 min clock... every time the clock beeps you have to start the next exercise so faster times equal more rest...
Exercise 1- 70# KB Swings
Exercise 2- Kipping Pull Ups
Exercise 3- Burpees
Round 1- 38 secs, 21 secs, and 46 secs
Rested 1 min extra and tried to beat all my 1st RD times
Round 2- 36 secs, 20 secs, and 44 secs
