Individual Workout #1. After day 1, CFO is sitting pretty. We just need to keep performing. Thanks for all the cheering back home. Saturday will be big for us.

    Did 2 short metcons after:

    250m row, 25 burpees in under 3:00 - 2:28 rx'd.

    AMRAP in 6 minutes of 6 pushups, 6 hg situps - 6 rounds even super rx'd (I laid flat at the bottom of each pushup & extended my arms out).

    Nice strength wod, nice metcons, nice little Saturday. Later on we're going to go to Home Depot. Maybe Bed, Bath and Beyond.

    10 CTB
    10 front squats 104#
    10 burpees

    8:48 Rx'd; ctb was all sets of 2 in first round and all 1 at a time in 2nd and 3rd rounds, front squats all unbroken and burpees weren't bad (kept my "lazy" leg from going out)

    Keep kicking some booty out there CFO!!! It's great to see everyone doing so well!!

  8. Did some bench assitance work on base. And since I was very inspired watching both the CFO team and Stacie kickin' ass yesterday, decided to work on one of my many weak points, double unders. I completely crapped the bed last week when we had these in the last WOD of the Throwdown. So wanted to really hit them hard. Got my first sub-10 minute Annie done. 9:22.
    Keep at it in Cali guys. Y'all are my heroes!
