Wall Balls, 20#/14#

Scale reps as needed in order to finish this workout fast. You should aim to break up wall ball reps no more than 6 or 7 times over the course of the whole workout. If you can't do this, you need to scale reps as your workout is taking too long.

  6. It feels kind of silly to complain about this wod after watching what the Magnificent 7 had to do today...but I'm going to do it anyway. This wod sucked. I haven't done wall balls in a while and I forgot how horrible they are. I had a bad, bad day and DNF'd, then had to do 40 burpees as a penalty. My own fault for going to the gym immediately after watching the team in wod 2, it gave me a false sense of invincibility. I quickly snapped back to reality.

    Amazing opening day performance for the crew, both Stacie and the Team are in 4th place overall. Keep it up!
