15 Yard Sprints
Push ups
Complete as many sprints as you can in 20 seconds. You then have 10 seconds to get ready for push ups. Complete as many push ups as you can in 20 seconds. You then have 10 seconds to get ready for sprints once again.
Continue in this fashion until you have completed 8 rounds of each, the sprints and push ups.
For every completed sprint, you may add one push up rep to your total. Your score is total push up reps.

I think Ricky said for every roll we bring in, it cuts down the number of thrusters/burpees we have to do:)
Still bring the tape though. That would be awesome to fill up a huge bucket of tape so that no one ever has to worry about buying any for a long time.
Also, take a look over that the strength blog. I posted something really cool over there. I am super pumped and really excited about it.
