For time (in any order or broken up anyhow):
100 Jump Pull ups
Walking Lunges, 150 steps
200 Sit ups
If you have to use a band for pull ups, your jumping pull up reps will be scaled as well. This can be a very dangerous movement and so scaled numbers will be posted in the gym for you.

"The problem that I find with your overhead squat when I load you up, and watch you crumble, the error I find in your crumbling, I will also find in your air squat if I have enough visual perspicuity to look for it." "It's there still." - Coach Glassman
"The fastest delivery for a given output will be along super correct lines of action." - Coach Glassman.
Do these statements by Greg Glassman make sense to you? It should. He is saying that if you can't produce correct technique with nothing in your hand, you aren't all of a sudden going to be able to do so with a heavy load in it. At the same time, if you want to move faster and finish with faster times, you are going to have to move better.
I might be able to get you moving fast or lifting heavier despite technical flaws but it will never, ever be as fast or as heavy as you could be moving if the technical flaws were absent.

Great work, 6am!!
Started with the 10-15-20 rep scheme, but 20 situps at a time was (not surprisingly) too much after 3 rounds, so I switched to 10 jps, 10 situps, 15 lunges, 10 situps. Able to keep moving this way, but still slow.
Liked the games group workout a lot better - got up to 35# on the box jump cleans. They were sloppy at 35#, but I got them done.
broke up with 5 rounds:
20 jumping pullups
30 walking lunges
40 sit ups
-strategy compliments of Kat A!
Everything felt great, but I don't like jumping pullups too much... did first rounds all 20 through, after that it was 10/rest/10
Broke it down the same as Alison and Kat (they are so smart :))
Thanks for having me nooners.
