  10. Ricky, I really am going to be competing next Saturday. Officially. Not sure if you took me and Addi's conversation serious. You usually can't. Can't wait!

  12. Awesome article, Tony. Congrats!

Kylie, I have no idea what you're implying.

    Brutal day.

    Front squats 3RM - 142#
    Then 3x1 @ 142#
Felt pretty good - last one was tough.

.com - 36:41 of bodyweight hell. Pullups were mostly unbroken (7 rds), which is good for me. Dips were tough, but didn't poop out until the 10th round. Ended up doing 10 pushups instead - dips weren't coming back anytime soon.

    snatch/row - 13:20
Row felt pretty good, but lower back got tired fast for the power snatch. Was hoping to string more of those together, but my body was checking out.

  14. Also, just wanted to mention how much I'm looking forward to WATCHING the competition on the 10th. :) It will be nice to spectate and make Josh do all the work for once.

  16. Planning on competing in the morning WODS next Saturday but have a family outing in the afternoon.

    Did Wednesday's WOD:

    Rowing +38
    BJs (stop snickering) +4
    Brench Press -25

    Total +17

Felt fine for a couple minutes after I finished then went a little "pukey"! That one snuck up on me.
