Your last set of 3 should be your heaviest. You must absolutely make this happen. You get very little from hitting your max by set two or three. These are build up sets and are in place to help you finalize any fixes you must make to your technique in order to succeed on your last set as well as to help you feel out what weight you are going to use for this last set.

Full extension. This should always be your focus when performing the Olympic lifts. Your pull off the ground should accommodate your ability to get into position to get full extension. You shouldn't have to leave the ground unless its because you are trying to get even more extension.
Speaking of extension, the arms must stay extended the whole time your body is trying to reach full extension. It is an absolute MUST......
