5 Dead-lifts (274#/186#)
10 Burpees

This workout comes from the 2008 CrossFit Games. When dead-lifting, you may not drop the bar at any time, especially the last rep. It must touch the ground with your hands on it.

There will only be guy's bars being used unless there are more people working out than we have guy's bars.

Scaled weights will be given at the time of class.

The order for fish oil will go out on Monday so if you haven't placed your order and want a bottle or two, please do so soon. The cost per bottle is $23 which is half of what they cost at Whole Foods.

  10. I wanted to do "real" or "man" burpees really bad so I could compare to my time from last year. I beat my from last May by 31 seconds but it is hard to compare without the jump. I hate you guys.
