This workout is 2 minutes per station the first round, 1.5 minutes per station the second round, and 1 minute per station the last round. Each round is followed by 2 minutes, 1.5 minutes, and 1 minute of rest, respectively.

We will soon be announcing the team that will be representing your gym at the 2010 CrossFit Games in the Home Depot Center in Carson, Ca. They competed hard this past weekend and are all better because of it. There were ripped calluses, pouring sweat, and lots of heart. Now we want your help in trying to get this team, along with Stacie Tovar, out to California.

We will be unveiling some fundraisers in the next few weeks that we hope will help with costs associated with travel and lodging. Nothing big but any thing will help. We will also be looking for company sponsorship. If you know of a national company that may appeal to very fit individuals, we'd love to advertise for them through apparel, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

    I watched the last hour or so of team tryouts yesterday. I haven't seen that much torn flesh or blood since I watched Reservoir Dogs. It was CRAZY! Great job team try outers. You guys are tougher than nails!

    Good to see BBro in the house today.

  14. Got one more good workout in at CF Rancho. 4 rounds of 100m run w/45# plate overhead, 20 OHS with said 45# plate, 100m run with plate overhead again, 20 box jumps at 24", 20 pullups. Finished in 36:19. Glad for the overcast and little sprinkle of rain.
    Hope to be back to 6AM this thursday!
