Ricky Frausto Filed Under:
WOD
10 rounds for time of:
10/6 Push ups with a 30 second plank hold (top of the push up with arms fully extended and the body tight, no sagging hips) at the end of each round of 10/6 push ups.

With a running clock, time yourself. One round is exactly 10 (guys)/6 (gals) push ups and a 30 second hold. You can rest during push up reps but once the 30 second hold begins, you must hold it throughout or the round does not count.

For example, you can do 5, 3, and then 2 push ups, resting in between, and then hold the plank. If you fall to your knees during the 30 second plank, you must restart that round of push ups and plank hold again.

Post time, thoughts to comments.

Katherine Anderson is holding a Paleolithic Potluck. Everyone is invited and welcome to come. The only requirement is to bring real food (paleo). If you want to go the extra mile and cook up a recipe, you are more than encouraged to do so, just bring the recipe on paper for sharing. You won't have to bring a lot as there will be plenty of food. She will also have the grill warmed up and ready to go.

What is paleo? If you don't know, check out our Nutrisimple guidelines. The potluck should be a good time.

Kat's address is 12220 Westover Road, 68154. If you get lost, you can call her at 658-7847. Everything gets started around 4PM. Hope to see a lot of CFO'ers there.

  2. 12:30 for WOD. Note: don't try this after doing a bunch of bench pressing with a friend. My chest is fried! Broke up the pushups by the third set. Would knock out one or two pushups right after a plank then break it up from there.
Wish I could have made the paleo potluck, but been tilling my lawn all weekend. Thank god the rain held off...
