  2. What an amazing couple of days! Everyone should be proud just to have made it through all those workouts. My goals quickly changed from placing in the top 3 to finishing without injury.

    Addi, wtf, that is a freakish time on the chipper!

    You guys are awesome. Just witnessing how hard everyone else works and motivates me beyond anything I'd be capable of without this community.

    It doesn't affect the rankings, but I think I pressed only 130 on the max effort WO.

    I so badly wanted to finish the chipper, but my arms were just done pulling me up that rope. Push presses were actually much easier than I was expecting!

  4. That was a lot of fun, but I feel like I ran through a gauntlet of baseball bats. I have laid on my ass all day. I might need to visit Dr. ERic Clements and then get a deep tissue massage.

  6. Well, came in looking to just get one workout in and did three. Frickin' awesome even if my lungs were on fire and now my whole body is sore. I am in awe of all you who did this today, especially those who did Saturday and today! Damn animals! Looking forward to being more competitive next time...

  8. This weekend was awesome!! I am exhausted but it felt good to be pushed so hard in the WOD's and from everyone competing alongside.

    Rope climbs are very humbling for me; thanks to every one of you that cheered me on while I did these (eventually scaling to having someone hold the bottom of rope for me while I climbed)and to Reba for running alongside me on the last 200 run with the plate to finish the Chipper (DNF as it was after the 23 minute mark)

    We've got amazing athletes at CFO and it definitely showed up full force this weekend.

    I can't wait for regionals!!!
