If you don't have access to a gym for your normal affiliate workout, try the following cookie for time:


10 rounds for time of:
Burpee into the pushup position, do 5 pushups, burpee out.

  2. I did the burpee/pushup workout with Lindsey Kline. It took me until after the 5th round to realize that this was just a sneaky way of making me do 50 pushups for time. Tricky Ricky.

    5:00 flat. I may have done an extra round - I lost count a couple times.

    Ricky, Lindsey wanted to let you know that she taught me a great new pushup technique - she calls it "The Worm." I think we should adopt this immediately.
