Boy, we felt the love from Ricky this am.lol :-) Us dumba$$es (as Ricky refered to us that came in today instead of using it as a rest day) did a light circuit of jump roping, situps, and handstands. I have never attempted handstands so that was a first for me. Oh and my hands STILL hurt like h*ll!!! Great job 6am peeps that were making up "Eva" today.
P.S. Tomorrow is Brian's (AKA BChrist/BC) 35th Bday!!!

Did "Eva" today scaled to 800 run, 15 KB swings (1.5) and 15 pullups. Finished in 35:39. I thought the pullups were the toughest; great job to Rob, Ken and Greg who also did "Eva". Thanks to the other 6 a.m. athletes who cheered us on after their workout. Temps were perfect; couldn't imagine doing this in 95 degree heat.

Being a dumbass, I came in this morning too :) I did the circuit thing and focused on handstands. I really want to be able to do them without the wall. I'm very slowly getting there. Awesome work this morning you guys that did EVA.

PR! :) Did the pushup/squat clean thruster workout. Got 29 pushups and then went on to set a 20# PR in my sq-cl-thruster - got to 131. After all was said and done I worked on 143 for a while and actually was able to squat clean it :) That's a PR too. :) Great job nooners! There was some awesome work going on today.

I did yesterday's AWESOME wod. it's great to be back! got 43 pushups and got to 186 on the squat clean thruster. failed twice on 198, but had no trouble cleaning it.
I had been trying to prepare myself to do eva, but luckily i got to do this instead! just pure pleasure.

Good job Kelli! I love getting PR's now that I'm into lifting and getting better! You're so amazing because you lift some heavy sh*t! I love it! I went to lame ass 24 again, did the 5000# workout. I love that one. But I must say, Crossfit has given me an eye for noticing when people aren't squatting low enough. It was driving me crazy! I had to hurry up and get out of there before I started acting like a coach! And all I could think was, "his back is going to be sore as sh*t tomorrow".

Had a great time with my fellow "dumbasses" this morning doing the rope/sit-up/handstand circuits. Awesome job you guys. And great job Rob, Ken, Shelly, and Greg on doing Eva. Hey, since I did 10 40yd sprints with 30 sec rest in between each after doing the circuits, does that make me a double-dumbass?:) See all you 6AMers on Wednesday with hopefully good news from my PT test. And happy birthday Brian!
