WOD
100 Pushups

Body tight, chest and hips to the floor, full lockout at the top. Every time you have to come to your knees, do 25 Air Squats. If you have to do the pushups from the knees, do the 25 Air Squats after every 20 Pushups.

Best CrossFit Advice: Burpees suck right? They suck whether you have to do 5 for 10 rounds, 25 for 4 rounds, or 125 for one round. The pain is there no matter what. Once you figure out that the pain will be there no matter what you do, it becomes easier and easier to overlook it and push pass it. Don't let the pain keep you from getting what you want. Now, erase burpees and fill in the blank with something else.

  2. I need to do 100 pushups for time, but today I did a team WOD at cfsl. pretty fun. Favorite part was running the med ball around the building (about 150m).
