I have sheets posted with all five exercises, thruster included, by each of your names. Check it out and fill in any blank spots that we may have missed. I need to make sure I have everyone's strength numbers from the previous week. We have one more day, tomorrow, before the next rest day. If you've missed a strength lift, please make sure and try to get it in by then.

today I did 5 rds of:

15 OHS (75#)
20 lunges

i think it is the humidity slowing me down out here. OHS felt pretty good, considering how bad i am at them. they're getting easier, though.
3:00 for metcon
did the little met-con afterwards it was an all out effort pretty fun.
