I have sheets posted with all five exercises, thruster included, by each of your names. Check it out and fill in any blank spots that we may have missed. I need to make sure I have everyone's strength numbers from the previous week. We have one more day, tomorrow, before the next rest day. If you've missed a strength lift, please make sure and try to get it in by then.

  2. Thruster-92. Tried to clean 99 since I think I could have thrustered it but couldn't get the clean :(. Pullup/situp/bearclaw-6:52. Great job 6am!

  12. OHS 5x3= 164-174-184-198-220...should have went heavier but wanted 2 get outa ther at decent time

    CFFB= 5:38...DUs r comin along nicely but they stil can b ALOT better

    20 lunges

    i think it is the humidity slowing me down out here. OHS felt pretty good, considering how bad i am at them. they're getting easier, though.

  18. 110 Thruster (only had time to try 115 once and failed...so stopped there) and 5:08 on the met-con.

  22. 205lbs for the thruster. pushed the bar way to far out from my body on 210 so failed on that.
    did the little met-con afterwards it was an all out effort pretty fun.

  26. 112# - Thrusters. I feel like Crap!!...I didn't realize that we had to do 15 situps... I only did 10. Don't know what I was thinking!!! Feel so guilty!!
