  24. note to self: do not do sdhp's with "heavy" weight. This one really was twinging my right shoulder so I slowed down. :(

  26. Jen and I did this one on base due to time constraints. I did 75# the first 2 rounds then moved to 65#. Probably should've just gone down to 70#. Finished in 7:07. Felt pretty sluggish though.

    I did the rx in 539 john and zach assinated that one,I though my thighs were gonna blow up. A short good one though, a great way to start the short week.

  36. This one went well but not quite as well as I wanted, ended up with 4:05, was hoping for sub 4. Great work at 5:30.

  38. Did this with Becky on base this afternoon after a morning of Tabata squats, pushups, situps and burpees. I used 65# which felt incredibly heavy. I definitely couldn't have done 75# though. My time was 6:50.
    Hopefully, I'll make it into the gym on Thursday!

  40. Lactic acid is a b*tch.

    4:44... not particularly happy with that. Had to do my squats 5 at a time the last 2 rounds, and they weren't pretty. Anybody have any tips for how to prevent the lactic acid buildup? Seems like it's getting worse lately.
