8:24. Did the first 10 pullups palms in (chin-ups, technically, i guess)--but CTB. then 10 palms out, not CTB (was getting weak).

11:24 I could only do 5 Burpees at a time after the run. After that it went pretty quick. Got 8/7 for pullups.

Needed a rest day, so I did a 3mile jog this morning...but I will probably show up to the 6:30pm class anyway!!

when I went to AZ, I rented a car from Budget because Enterprise makes me sick! Finished in 16:00 on the dot... exactly the cut off Ricky gave me. Whew... it was a lung burner. Thanks for pushing me. Great work 4:30 group.

Green band for pullups ... 13:24 and the run wasn't as bad as I was expecting! Awesome job to the 5:30 group!

my first workout prescribed! i used a 20# ball and did 15 pullups without a band (5-5-2-2-1)

Loved today's WOD running, burpees,and pullups, what could be better? 7:21 w/C2B pullups. Nice job 5:30. Can we have another mystery WOD tomorrow?

11:35 Rx'd - tried to do CTB pullups, probably got it on most of them. This one made me feel a bit ill...probably punishment from my horrible eating last weekend!
