15 Pull-ups
10 Jumping Slam Balls (20#/16#)

Wall Balls must touch the 10 ft. target or the rep does not count.

    8:24. Did the first 10 pullups palms in (chin-ups, technically, i guess)--but CTB. then 10 palms out, not CTB (was getting weak).

  4. 11:24 I could only do 5 Burpees at a time after the run. After that it went pretty quick. Got 8/7 for pullups.

  6. Needed a rest day, so I did a 3mile jog this morning...but I will probably show up to the 6:30pm class anyway!!

  10. when I went to AZ, I rented a car from Budget because Enterprise makes me sick! Finished in 16:00 on the dot... exactly the cut off Ricky gave me. Whew... it was a lung burner. Thanks for pushing me. Great work 4:30 group.

  12. Green band for pullups ... 13:24 and the run wasn't as bad as I was expecting! Awesome job to the 5:30 group!

    i used a 20# ball and did 15 pullups without a band (5-5-2-2-1)

  22. 11:35 Rx'd - tried to do CTB pullups, probably got it on most of them. This one made me feel a bit ill...probably punishment from my horrible eating last weekend!
