Perform 2 Clean and Jerks on the minute for 15 minutes. (courtesy of CrossFitFootball.com)

-At the top of every minute, perform 2 clean and jerks.
-Use maximal weight, up to 90% of your 1RM.
-For every rep not completed, perform 5 burpees during rest time.

  8. The morning was a good today I did all 15 set of two I finished with 189 pds. Not too bad I did have 5 burpees at the end just because I hate them.

  12. Did 1 round with 85#. Attempted round 2 with 85 and failed. Missed one round changing out weights and did the rest with 75#. This was a new PR for me. I'm REALLY excited!

  14. Did 1 round at 77# and quickly realized I'd be doing burpees in no time so dropped to 63 and did the remaining 14 at that.

  20. Stayed at 155# and really worked on technique. Probably went over a minute's rest more than once but did every rep with a full squat. I am really starting to like that lift...and I have the bruised collar bone to prove it!
