    All For Time:
    3 PAR Routes about 900meters(Post Attack Reconnaissance Route)
    1 400 meter run
    1 400 merer fireman carry while under simulated sniper fire
    3 printer hook ups
    1 fire escape
    1 Fun Dip package

    Hopefully ill be in on friday depending on when "Irow" stops attacking us haha

    geez!...once again this BW stuff is dominating me, this 1 is alot tuffer then it seems on paper, rightfuly named "black lung" wod...i have been trying some zone tweaks since the regional with little success, doing 3x fats with 1/2 carbs, feeling realy strong but gaining weight and feeling kinda slow and bogged down, think its time 4 another change...

    another decent size 6am, way 2 work evry1!!!

    I did black lung
    21-15-9
    box jumps
    ball slams
    burpees
    and did not finish in the 5 min limit. I only got through the 15 reps of burpees and yes those things still kill me.

    1 min. single unders (instead of double unders)
    1 min. ball cleans -14#
    1 min. push-ups
    rest 1 min

    I didn't count my reps since I wasn't doing double unders but I got between 10 and 15 ball cleans and push ups each time.

  12. I did 1RM thrusters... because, really, if there's an option of a strength day, who am I to turn it down? (though I was tempted by the double unders WOD)

    142x1... 5 pounds more than yesterday's push press, so I was happy. Once again, though, the 142 made me feel like I could get more, and then no go on the 147. Oh well.

    Need to work on keeping my elbows up and getting more power out of the bottom of the squat.

  16. Did the infamous black lung today.
    21-15-9 Finished in 3:56

    Yesterday on the push press workout i finished at 198lbs but only got 2 out of the 3 reps.

    After push press I made up Tuesday's workout of SDHP and air squats. Legs were burning like crazy. Finished in 4:04 blah!

  18. I made up yesterday's push press. I did 77 lbs (new pr!) and attempted 82 lbs multiple times... It just wouldn't go... I went back to 77 and finished the sets out...
