Team "Half Filthy Fifty x 2"
Two rounds for time:
50 Wall Balls, 20#/14#
50 KB Swings, 1 pood/trainer
50 Push Press, 44/33 pound empty bar
50 Jump Pull-ups
50 Box Jumps, 20 inch box
Teams of 5, 2 rounds through. Each team member picks one exercise to do in round one and chooses another exercise to complete in round 2, for a total of 100 reps each. Only one person can be going at one time and they must complete all 50 reps before tagging the next person on their team to proceed.
This is a game of strengths. The team most likely to win will be the one that appropriately appoints each of their members to an exercise they are good at and one that they are better than average at for the two that they must complete.
