  2. 15:22 rx-ed on the SDHP's, knees to elbows were hard- did the best I could to get my knees all the way up, but only came close a few times.

  4. I tried for a new 500 row time, but tied my PR of 1:28. 10 minutes later, when I could walk and breathe again, I did 5x5 OHS, working up to 88. Still really shaky on those.

  8. Did 10rnds 100m row and 10 box jump. Finished in 19.22 because I went way to slow on the first 5rnds of box jumps. But I think I am getting over my fear of box jumps, so thats good.
