  4. Played soccer with my kid than did a wod at 24 hour shitness. 5 rds of 100 lb squat thrusters 10x and 10 pull ups. Heading to the zoo next.awesome day!!!

  6. Not really a sport or even a workout, but I took my dogs on a long brisk walk. It was a nice day and a good change of pace from a normal "workout".

Was at training this weekend for army. we did a 2 mile run stopped at 5 stations every mile where we had to do push-ups, jumping jacks, moutain climbers, sit-ups, flutter kicks, lunges, and then run to nest station and repeat for a total of 10 times in a 2 mile run. it was actually pretty fun and it kick'd our ass.

  12. Jake H. and I ran the Lincoln half marathon today. Jake finished in 1hr50min. I did in 1hr53min. Was a beautiful day for it! Now to celebrate!!! woot woot! :)
