15:something...didn't hear the seconds...used 1 pood KB and a purple band with the push ups. Nice job everyone at 6am.

16:40 ... 1 pood kb and banded pushups; started w/ tan and by the end was doing tan + purple.

18:13 Rx'd -- ouch. I am glad that I did this one rx'd though :) If only my pushup endurance was a bit better!!!
