If I can't make it in today I am going to be PISSED! These last 3 weeks of school are HELL because of graduation and my Crossfitting has been slacking!

I did a fight gone bad variation, and felt completely sick. don't know if it was the heat, the time of day, the food i ate, or just the workout. but i thought i was gonna boot.
yes, as in 20:58. not my finest hour. on the bright side, I did push presses in a wod!

Did the following with Joe, Ben, & Dan: 6 rounds 30 air squats 10 C2B pullups 5 power clean & jerk (155/105)
Finished in 23:32 Awesome job fellas. This "mystery workout" kicked my @$$!
