Team WOD
In 2 person teams, 3 rounds for time of:
10 Man-makers, 40/25 pound db's
Run to the retaining wall with your dumbbells.
This workout involves teammate 1 doing the ten man-makers followed immediately by running to the retaining wall out back carrying his or her dumbbells. If you have to put the dumbbells down, do so but you must stop running. Upon return to the inside of the gym, teammate 2 will then proceed to complete the same sequence. Each team member must complete 3 rounds each.
A man-maker is a burpee, clean, thruster, overhead lunge (both legs).
