Nice work everyone! There was a lot of weight lifted at 6am. I got a new PR-207! Thanks Amanda and Kylie for pushing me to keep going up in weight.

awesome job everyone! as much as my heart wants to come in, my legs are completely fried, so I am gonna take a rest day. Perhaps tomorrow I will make this one up.

Got 265 a PR by default since I have no recorded PR. My legs are fried from this week plus running can't wait to do this again with a fresher set of legs next time. Nice job 5:30. 6:30 sorry I took so long to finish.
