4:30 class did AWESOME today. I finished in 9:54 or something of the sort. Man was that a lot harder than it looked, but I did it rx'd and feel great!! Also big congrats to Becky who got 2 pullups without bands! Great job!!!

9:51. I really really didn't think I was going to be able to finish the last round with the 1 pood! I'm getting stronger and I love it! Congrats Becky on the pullups! Woooo 4:30 is a pretty big class compared to what I expected!!!!

8:00 RX'd 1.5 pood KB. This was a fun wod it crushed my forearms. Loved the clam shells and the Jane Fonda's during warmup. Thinking they should be part of every warmup.
