  4. I did yesterdays workout with several people this morning. 3 rds: 400m run; 40 push ups.
    Barely finished within the 15:00 cut-off.

  8. :o( I have to have surgery on my ankle it looks like. I'm so mad since this is my free (first month) month of Crossfit. I don't know what to do as far as coming in to workout.

  10. sucks, Rebecca! see what the doc says you can do...Zack did some crazy workouts with one arm in a brace. But an ankle might make it harder...

  16. Did 5 rounds of 9 hang squat cleans at 155 and 3 no leg rope climbs, the first round had four rope climbs. Finished in 22:14. The only people who showed up at 5:30 were Joe C., Mel C., FireFighter guy (name?), and myself. Since it was so small Ricky worked out with us. It was a great wod, wish more people would have been there and the music was great.

    Also...I know I shouldn't bag on another gym on the blog...but is "ithinkfit.com" serious? Why are all their pictures of the two trainers with their shirts off? Posing like they're taking MySpace profile pictures? LAME!

  22. One legged rowing? My right leg is already got more muscle than my left (left being the bad ankle) I don't want to get too lopsided :P
