Stink and Drink #2
It's here again and this time we have Stacie Tovar to thank. We want to invite every Omaha CrossFitter to Julio's on 130th and Center street this Thursday after the 6:30 class. You don't have to drink or eat but we do want you to show up. Even if it is only for a short time.

Joe and I are trying to put together more events like this in order to build community between all of our members. We noticed that last Saturday was a huge hit with everyone and we want everyone to get together more often. We want 6 AM to know who they are competing against at noon, 5:30, and 6:30 PM. Who has the better class?

Let's see which class has the most people show up to the stink and drink.

  2. I don't quite understand why you haven't checked with me about my work schedule before deciding these things. It makes me sad that I will be at work while you will all be stinking and drinking... again. :( i may even cry a little.

    Let hope Ricky and Joe will have a great work out so we are stinky enough for Julio's....yes that is a challenge :)

  14. I did yesterday's WOD. It sucked. I made it through 7 or 8 rounds straight... took a minute then did the rest. Also, started with 25# and decreased to 20's. My forearms are a bit swollen and I am having trouble typing.

  16. A: 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 30 situps, 40 squats, 3 rounds. first two rounds wiht tan band, round 3 purple band. 12:36

    good job everyone! especially those who were brave enough to do the mysterious E workout!

    500meter row
    8 snatch grip deadlifts
    400 row
    6 power cleans
    300 row
    4 front squats
    200 row
    2 OH squats
    All reps had to be consecutive or u had to start over.
    I finished in 15 somethin. Got 2 OH squats with RX'd weight but not friggin consecutively. This was pretty hard. But fun. Thank you everyone for cheering me on at the end of this. And sorry for cursing with the kiddies around. =)

  22. Did the same work out as Joe C., I call it my birthday gift from Ricky. Not sure I want one next year. I had to drop to 152, my power cleans need a lot of work. I finished in, absolutely no idea. Nice job Joe, Nick, and everyone else at 5:30. Thank you, Jill, Zach R., Hannah, Joe, Ang, Mel, Chad, Cari, Brandon, the rest of you can f@#k right off... until tomorrow.
