9:4? something, I didnt quite hear it. scaled to 4 walks. I'll have to keep working on the climb, and remember pants next time! ah rope burn! Great Job 5:30!
11:05 with 4 rope walkups...BUT! i think I finally figured out how to climb a rope since I did it one time before and then again after the workout! YAY!
14:something. Thank goodness Ricky was there to help me with the rope climbs. My hands and arms are so shot I can't pick up my child. He just sits and stares at me. We just stare at each other. It's kinda weird. Sorry buddy.
First Crossfit class...didn't realize you were supposed to count how many rounds..thought it was for a certian amount of time..oops..finished in 18:24, climbed the rope 10 times...and have the burns and bruises to prove it! Totally worth it!
