    burpee no pushups 35pd deadlift
    2 rope climbs
    I did finish in 14.15 that was the most rope climbs I have done so I was pretty excitied. Congradulations, I think everyone finished or came very close.

  18. 14:something. Thank goodness Ricky was there to help me with the rope climbs. My hands and arms are so shot I can't pick up my child. He just sits and stares at me. We just stare at each other. It's kinda weird. Sorry buddy.

  24. First Crossfit class...didn't realize you were supposed to count how many rounds..thought it was for a certian amount of time..oops..finished in 18:24, climbed the rope 10 times...and have the burns and bruises to prove it! Totally worth it!
